The Trochlear Video Agreement
Trochlear Recordings Limited (hereafter referred to as "Trochlear"), alongside its artists, retains all rights to all published and unpublished material. Film makers who wish to use Trochlear material may do so, at absolutely no cost, in agreement with these guidelines:
01. Film makers using Trochlear material should inform Mushuto (Jared Newby) of what tracks, and by what artists, they will be using in their project, and inform him, at the same time, what the project will be titled and when it will be released.
02. Any production containing Trochlear material must accredit the artist and track title in the same section containing the majority of all other credits, whether that be a portion of the film or through another source of media (an official website, poster, etc...).
03. By using Trochlear material, the project's producer gives Trochlear the right to use any footage from said project for use in the creation of music videos to the tracks used in said project. These music videos will accredit the Trochlear artist and track title and, in the same credits, the title and producer of the video project they appear in.

This is the proposal I wrote up and wanted to clear with Mushuto, Supa and Symbis. Mushuto and Kenny (of AndersonEnvy.Com) gave me the idea, and I already have a full CD of Trochlear Material that I have with me and plan to give to my sister Maya in Santa Barbara. She, like Kenny, works on independant movies, and just returned to the States from Ghana, Africa where they were shooting the movie "Son of Ghana." Not only does this proposal give artistic freedom to this type of movie producer, but it also gives us material for use in creating our own music videos. Also, by crediting the work of the producers behind both video and music, we create an expansion in both audiences.
I, having written this, already agree, but I want to hear if there are any other thoughts on it before finallizing and to see if everyone is in on it.

I am definately in on this and agree that this would open up the doors for video and music producers. The alliances between both would only expand and enrich all of the creative expressionists involved.
This is very exciting and I give 100% thumbs up to this union of artists!
